I like the 2010 prius alot, but the insight is cheaper. just wondering if anyone reads this if they have tested both cars out yet

Maybe car dealers should be doing this kind of thing! If they were blogging and open to discussing issues then I think that would go a long way to solving problems like this. I think the biggest complaint of customers is that when something goes wrong they don’t feel like anyone at the dealership or car manufacturer is listening. Just my humble opinion.

The fact is though that I was treated very very badly by a dealer (who had my deposit cheque). And when I brought this to the attention of Toyota they did nothing to help fix the situation.

In a funny twist of irony I recently met the president of Toyota. I told him what had happened and he was apologetic. He said that like anything there are some bad eggs in their network of dealers – and I had found one!

It seems like there are some real dirtbag dealerships around. I guess it’s hard for them right now – they’re probably not selling many cars and are needing to layoff staff etc. like everyone else. Still, good customer service is how you build a business, right?!
